Sunday, November 16
Join us on this special Sunday for our annual Homecoming Celebration. Immediately following the worship service, we’ll gather at Sanders Elementary for our Homecoming/Thanksgiving Lunch… a great time to celebrate family, friends and faith. This year we are inviting the families of Sanders’ students who are part of our Good News Club and Cub Scout Pack to be our guests and celebrate with us! This time together will give you an opportunity to get to know one another. Our Deacons will furnish the turkey, dressing and green beans. Please bring 2 side dishes and 2 desserts.
Sunday, November 23
Come join us as we decorate the Worship Center for the Christmas season. It takes many helping hands to make this a success, so please consider giving an afternoon of your time to make our Worship Center beautiful for this special time of year.
The holiday season is a perfect time for you and your family to help meet the needs of our community as they gather for Thanksgiving dinner. This year, we have teamed up with two local ministries that Orange Hill has supported throughout the years, Storehouse Ministries and C.A.M.P. We’ve made it easy for you in that you can choose to provide food or give a cash donation. Please pray with your families and choose which one you’d like to contribute to … (you can do both).

(if you’d like to provide food)
For the next few weeks we are having a food drive to stock the Storehouse Food Pantry for the upcoming holiday season. The Food Pantry supplies the food boxes that we give out each week, here at Orange Hill, for those in need. Please bring your non-perishable items and leave them in the blue boxes under the steps in the stairwell leading to the fellowship hall. There’s a complete list of needed items in the lobby.

Christian Aid Mission Partnership volunteers are assisting more families now than at any time in their history. You can help by donating $10 to help make sure that every family in our community has food on their table. Your donation will help provide a holiday feast, turkey and all. Simply use the OHBC envelope in the pews (make sure you write CAMP on the envelope) and drop it in the offering plate or in one of the blue offering boxes in the hallways.

Each child is asked to pay annual dues in the amount of $12.50 and purchase a Vest (K4-2nd) or T-shirt (3rd-6th) for $7.50. Please submit payment at the time of registration to allow us to have materials for each child by the first session. Checks should be made payable to Orange Hill Baptist Church.
