1 Timothy 1:15–17

Pastor Haygood says, "Allyson and I have been reading through the Gospel of Luke, one chapter a night, starting at the first of the month and it takes us up to Christmas Eve. And one thing I noticed, and it’s in Matthew’s gospel too, is that when we read the birth accounts of Jesus in the Gospels, particularly in Luke, there’s a lot of ugliness there. And if we ever hope to have a proper grasp of and glory in the real beauty of Christmas, we first have to get a proper understanding of the ugliness of Christmas."
