An Unexpected Journey
O the plans we had for 2020! But suddenly in March, seemingly without warning, all our plans were set aside. We’ve managed to muddle through thus far, but wrestling all the time with questions about how we plan our lives in the midst of all this uncertainty. As we seek guidance on how we should respond to all this, it occurred to me that the apostle Paul faced similar unexpected changes of plans during his second missionary journey. What can we learn from him about how to deal with the unexpected journey that 2020 has become and the impact of that on 2021 as we look forward? Let’s look at Acts 16:1-10 and see.
