White Papers
What is a “White Paper”?
A “white paper” is basically any sort of definitive report, article, guide, review, commentary, explanation, critique, etc. designed to help readers answer some particular question(s), understand some complex issue(s), resolve some difficult disagreement(s), grasp and appreciate some core conviction(s), and thus make some informed decision(s) concerning a given matter at hand. Its purpose is to inform, instruct, and persuade.
